Easter

Michael Arditti's book on the Church of England, disturbing and wonderfully amusing
at Amazon and Arditti on the book, a recent thread on the ship-of-fools.

Comments

Just read the second stations of the cross chapter.
An interesting section contrasting it with the Mel Ginson movie, one seeing the stations of the cross from a perspective of violence, the other via sex.

Both disturbing - though I haven't seen the movie and probably in both cases prefer the reading to viewing - though the 'Easter' perspective is an inner viewing of those events.
